Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

We're small but mighty and do our best to send orders out within 2 business days. To ensure you get the very best mail service we only ship orders out on business days. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your return policy?

You may return your purchase to us within 14 days, unworn and udamaged, in its original packing for full refund in the original form of payment.

Please note, all Fine Jewelry and items purchased on Sale are final, non-returnable and are ineligible for a store-credit, exchange or refund.

SOTE does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promotion are Final Sale. Store credits expire 1 year from the issuing date.

Any item purchased as an exchange or with a store credit will be final sale.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.

We are a small business and appreciate your respect and understanding for the above policy.

To help us process your return quickly and insure you receive proper credit, please include a copy of your packing list or gift receipt in your package, along with a phone number and preferred time to contact you should we have the need.

Please send your returns by UPS or insured Parcel Post or a traceable international carrier. Lost shipments are the responsibility of the sender. 

Please note that items discounted beyond 50% may have slight signs of wear, discoloration, pulled threads, or small tears. If you would like images of the exact piece prior to purchase our team is happy to accommodate such requests in a timely manner. 

Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. 

Shipping and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.

Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

What is the return policy on jewelry?

All Fine Jewelry is final sale.

Do you offer layaway programs?

I see a piece of jewelry I love but I can't tell how big it is?

We're the first to know, buying a piece of jewelry comes with its challenges. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you have, small or big and we'll be happy to send more pictures of an item or tell you more about it.
